Putney Rail Bridge
Now carrying the branch of the London Transport District line from Earls Court to Wimbledon between Putney Bridge and East Putney stations, this bridge was originally built for the London & South Western Railway to carry a service to Kingston on Thames. It was built by Head, Wrightson & Co. between April 1887 and April 1889 to the designs of W.H. Thomas and W. Jacob. There is a footbridge on the downstream side.
