At the hub of a circus from which some six roads radiate, including Saint George's Road and New Kent Road, this station provides access to: Comex South Central and South East trains from the London terminus of Blackfriars on the Chatham and Dover lines; and the Thameslink services through central London to the English midlands. There is also access to the Northern and Bakerloo lines of the London Transport underground system. It is the southern terminus of the Bakerloo line.
