National Army Museum
The museum is found here in Royal Hospital Road, Chelsea west of the Royal Hospital. The following information is a small part of that found on the Art Guide site.
The National Army Museum is the only museum in the country to tell the story of the British Army throughout its existence. As well as chronicling the campaigns and battles fought by the British over the last 500 years, the museum's displays offer a unique insight into the lives and experiences of Britain's soldiers from Tudor times to the present day. Throughout the museum, paintings, photographs, uniforms and equipment are combined with reconstructions and life-size models to show how soldiers of the time lived, fought and died.
