King Louis Philipe - Family's Residence
One of the connections between Twickenham and French royalty in the 1860's, the Comte de Paris, a son of the French King Louis Philipe who was twice in exile in Twickenham, lived at York House with 3 uncles nearby and a brother just across the river in Morgan House.
