Montpelier Row, Twickenham
A charming, elegant Georgian terrace. No 15 was once home to Tennyson and No 30 to Walter de la Mare. It was a speculative development by Captain John Gray in the early 1720's. Initially the houses tended to be the homes of aristocracy whereas his other local development, Sion Road, tended to be the homes of prosperous locals.
