Old Palace Terrace, Richmond
This was a speculative development built here in the south-west corner of Richmond Green in 1692 for Vertue Radford by William Wellings. It forms one of the most important groups of buildings in Richmond from the viewpoint of architectural and social history.

Old Friars, The Green, Richmond
These houses here on Richmond Green were built about 1687 and 1697 respectively. They contain, at basement level, a few of the extant fragments of the Franciscan Friary which was attached to Henry VII's palace.
